FOR MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS

You've Been Served: Techniques for Managing Court-Involved Therapy Webinar

Therapists who work with children, families or adults are likely to find themselves pulled into the legal system at some point during their career. This may include juvenile, family, domestic violence or drug court, potentially even civil court. Understanding the legal and ethical considerations, as well as best practices for court-involved therapists, is essential to managing cases effectively while reducing your liability and personal stress.
